Camera a due letti (3,5 x 6m) in appartamento di 90 mq. Quarto piano, no ascensore. Palazzo storico del 1500 a due passi dal porto antico. Caratteristici pavimenti in marmo, soffitti alti, fresca in estate, silenziosa. Vicina a tutti i mezzi di trasporto, musei, monumenti, acquario e a P.zza De Ferrari. Dai moli, a pochi passi, partono escursioni giornaliere e frequenti per i posti piu' belli del golfo. Disponibile dal 16 giugno a fine agosto. Una o al massimo due persone. No animali

My apartment is at the 4th floor (walkup) of a 1500's palazzo in the heart of the "centro storico". It has very high ceilings, marble floors, good light and it is cool in the summer and very quiet. The room is large (3.5 x 6 mt) and has two single beds. One is loft. The host is a nice 30 y.o. guy. Genoa has the largest "centro storico" in the world. Virtually all buildings are medieval, some with later additions, but parts of the medieval structure are visibly detailed or they are entirely original. The place is near the best historical sites, amazing art museums, one of the best aqu,ariums in the world, amazing palazzos, fantastic little restaurants and shops, and all transportation. It is right next to the "porto antico" the ancient waterfront entirely restructured by Enzo Piano a few years ago. Boats leave many times a day to portofino, cinque terre and other destinations. Great beaches even at walking distance, etc.
